Side Hustle
For your mind, heart and pocket, some inspiration and ideas.
My first actual ‘hatch’-fond.
In a bathroom shelf..
At some point in life, every human asks this question:
Could I get an egg to hatch??
When I asked myself this question, I actually followed through and ended up with a handful of baby quail.
They were too cute to give away, so I built them a two-story mansion in my bathroom above the washing machine.
6 weeks later the first tiny egg appeared and they started laying like crazy. I gave them away to neighbors and friends first, but with an estimated 3k eggs per year, I had to either toss them or resort to eBay.
My first small business, a small money machine, was born with around 60 bucks in monthly salary, costing next to no time but adding much joy.
I only stopped when I was in a position to trade the 60 bucks business for a 6000 bucks business in the field of Airbnb and started renovating my home.
I did this in the course of my business studies where I ran across a British real-estate millionaire who told me to put to use what I own and rent a place to live. Shoutout to Samuel Leeds!
( Pictures and videos will be added once I find the time to search my old SSD for my quail-content!)
Air BnB
This leads to the next idea. Air bnb.
If you own a place, or even if you rent a place and the owner is cool with it, – questions can be asked, agreements made, it would be a waste of assets not to put them to use.
It might also be useful to know, that there are a number of companies out there, who will be happy to do all the marketing and management for you.
I personally have the very best experience with that. It ofcourse depends on country, location and popularity, but even if it comes down to offering some unused storage place in a garage somewhere, the extra 20 to 50 bucks migh be welcome and they sure add up if you keep going.

The video is merely something to wet your apetite, there is a ton to be learned from this great guy.
Mycology
Mycology from mycelium, the network in the ground that lets mushrooms grow, is the art of understanding and working with mushrooms.
A quited, good smelling and peaceful work that I personally hold very dear.
I have seen people make a good 700 bucks per week, growing tasty shrooms in a small garage place and bringing them to the market every week.
Starting this business is rather cheap, you can learn it in little time and depending on where you want to sell, going to a market place to ask sellers what it takes to become a seller yourself is absolutely free.

Its a real pleasure for me to link this video for you, this great guy did a mindblowingly awesome job and I had the pleasure to talk to him briefly when I started my own operation. He shines a better light on this sidehustle or mainbusiness if you decide to pick it as such, than I ever could.
Mycrogreens
The field of microgreens is said to be one of the most profitable.
Here we focus on local restaurants, markets and people again to make our sales.
Nobody can argue with the health benefits of fresh, high nutrient foods and the setup is even easier than the mushroom business and well in trend.
This market definitely has a future and you wont have to break yourself in half getting into that.
The video will let you know more details and introduce you to the field of microgreens if you are not yet farmiliar or still have room to learn.
Home made Soap
Starting a home-based soap-making business can be a low-cost and fulfilling way to earn extra income.
Homemade soap is in high demand, particularly for eco-conscious customers.
With the right ingredients and equipment, making soap is simple, and you can sell your products online or at local markets.
Running a soap-making business from home offers flexibility and can turn your hobby into a profitable venture.
Pro tip: Check the video comments. They nearly made me jump out of my cage.
Pet sitting
Pet sitting can be a great side hustle for animal lovers who want to earn extra income.
Offering pet-sitting services can be a flexible and low-cost business, as it can be done from home.
Many pet owners are willing to pay for trusted and reliable pet sitters, especially when they are out of town.
This can provide a great opportunity to build a loyal customer base and make regular income.
Additionally, pet-sitting allows you to spend time with furry friends, which can be fun and fulfilling.
